An expert in luxury real estate, Nelson represents buyers and sellers in Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Beverly Hills. The son of a lawyer, Nelson was born and raised in Oxnard, a coastal community nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara. As an undergraduate at California Lutheran University, Nelson interned for one of the top real estate agents in Beverly Hills for over a year, gaining immense experience in luxury real estate. During his time as an intern, Nelson assisted in selling hundreds of millions of dollars worth of luxury property. 

With the support of his family, Nelson later attended law school at Pepperdine University, taking courses in real estate transactions, land use, trusts, contracts, and taxation. At Pepperdine law, Nelson also earned a certificate in dispute resolution from the world-famous Straus Institute, taking courses in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

Nelson’s unparalleled ability to understand property transactions from a luxury marketing and legal perspective sets him apart from other agents. In addition, Nelson cares deeply about his clients and works tirelessly to help them reach their goals. 

In his free time, Nelson enjoys exercising, reading, walking along the beach, and spending time with his family. Nelson is ready to assist whether you are looking to buy or sell, and will meet your needs with the highest standards of excellence.
