Teddy handles all of her clientele with the utmost integrity and professionalism, treating each home as if it were her own. For over twenty years she has been successfully delivering results, approaching the business with a level of personal care that is extraordinary in the industry. Teddy serves and has served on many community boards including, 5 years on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Venice, California, serving as Board President from 2009-2010. She served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Malibu from 2010-2011. She has continued her relationship with BGCA through a scholarship in her parents name. Teddy currently serves on the Board of the Womens Cardiovascular Center Advisory Board at UCLA, which she Chaired from 2016 to 2024. She also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Simms Mann Center for Integrative Oncology at UCLA for the last 3 years . She has been honored to be a part of the Center Board since 2016. Teddy began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker 2003-2006 and was with Keller Williams` from 2006-2015. She has chaired KW CARES, a non-profit charity organization for the Agent Leadership Councils in Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. She received Cultural Icon Awards from KW Santa Monica in 2007 and KW Marina del Rey in 2009 and was elected Cultural Icon for the Keller Williams Southern California Region for 2008. Moving to REMax Estate Properties in Marina Del Rey in August 2015 until December of 2018. She now has her license with eXp Realty of California Inc. where she continues her real estate career. She donates a portion of all proceeds from her real estate business, towards a variety of charitable organizations.
