Susan Monus has been pursuing her passion of selling real estate in Malibu since January, 1990. In 2021, Susan once again achieved the Society of Excellence, the highest level of achievement for Coldwell Banker. As one of Coldwell Banker’s most successful realtors, Susan has been on the Top 100 list yearly since 1995 for CB agents in southern California and has sold hundreds of Malibu homes and estates.  After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Susan worked at Fortune Magazine and at Grey Advertising in New York, and the tax- leveraged leasing business at Itel Corporation in San Francisco before entering the real estate profession. Susan’s business and corporate experience have provided the basis for her climb to success. In 2010, she was honored by A Place Called Home at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She has generously donated for years to Operation Smile (a total of 650 smiles to date) and has received their John Connor Humanitarian Award, the Special Education Foundation, The Frances T. Monus Foundation for Cancer Research, ASPCA, Free Arts for Abused Children, Chrysalis, Malibu Urgent Care, Children’s Lifesaving Foundation, International Medical Corp., Cystic Fibrosis, the Pt. Dume Elementary School, Juan Cabrillo Elementary School and the Shark Fund of Malibu High School among other charities. Susan’s passion, involvement and dedication are evident to all who know her.
