Born in Sweden, Magnus Hellberg is a hands-on leader and collaborator who has represented the Los Angeles real estate community for more than a decade. Magnus is best known for his ability to serve his clients, a skill he has honed through his attention to detail, being in tune with clients’ needs, and extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate landscape. With his caring demeanor and results-driven approach, Magnus goes well beyond merely selling homes; he changes lives. Although Magnus believes in the future and moving forward, he honors his experience in the high-end hospitality industry that helped him perfect the art of luxury service. His days as a restauranteur in his homeland of Sweden and in the foodie mecca of San Francisco taught him how to anticipate the needs of patrons. Working in the hotel industry in Maui and Los Angeles for over a decade deepened this understanding. The common thread amongst all of Magnus’ prior experience, including his stint as an actor, is the fact that he is an excellent listener. By asking the right questions and gathering as much information as possible, Magnus is able to better negotiate on his real estate clients’ behalf. Not to mention, being a world traveler with a fluency in four languages—English, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian—further elevates his ability to relate to various walks of life and circumstances.
