Madison has been recognized in the top 2% of agents in the Coldwell Banker International family and was named REALTOR? magazine`s 2008 '30 Under 30'. Hildebrand has sold over $100 Million in the last few years. Madison is a 2003 graduate of Pepperdine University, in Malibu, where he studied Communication Arts in Advertising. While pursuing a California real estate license, Madison earned a mentorship with one of the nation`s top-producing agent. His first sale: a $2.8 million listing. In January 2006, Hildebrand joined Coldwell Banker, working at the Malibu West office.
