As an Estates Director with Fred Sands Realtors / Coldwell Banker, and now the newly formed, independently owned and operated Prudential Malibu Realty, Kate was known as an innovative problem solver who is always professional and highly committed to her clients’ needs. A past President of the Malibu Board of Realtors, Kate is recognized by her peers for her accomplishments in the real estate industry. Kate has built her continued success by combining her understanding and perseverance with innovative marketing. She has over 22 years experience at all levels of the real estate industry including personal experience in buying, selling, remodeling and designing projects in California. Born and educated in England, Kate graduated from Liverpool University with a BA in English and Law, and an MBA in Education. Previously associated with the Jon Douglas Company, she held positions on the President’s Committee, as a Douglas Properties Director, Assistant Manager, and finally, as a Manager. As an Estates Director with Prudential Malibu Realty, Kate combines all of this experience to offer her clients superior representation in their transactions.
