Janis Gabbert, a third generation Santa Monica resident, is a residential associate at Partner's Trust in the Santa Monica office. For over 30 years, Janis has represented buyers and sellers in and around the communities of Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Mar Vista, Malibu, Culver City, Beverlywood, Westwood, Century City and Redondo Beach as well as across the Hollywood Hills and throughout the Los Angeles basin from Hollywood, Silverlake, Los Feliz and Hancock Park to Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino and beyond. Early in her career, with her lifelong knowledge of a broad section of the Los Angeles area, Janis became certified by Jon Douglas as a relocation specialist, and she has been matching newly arrived buyers to the neighborhood that best suits their needs ever since. Janis began her career in real estate at the Studio City offices of the Jon Douglas Company and was recruited to Gibson & Associates, where she developed her innate instinct for finding needles-in-a-haystack properties into a career of helping buyers find their dream homes. Coming from an award-winning career as a television commercial producer along with episodic television and movie production as well, Janis has perfected the skills of focusing desire into reality via organization, negotiation and marketing. Coupled with an uncanny ability to find the impossible, real estate has become a mission in her life. A strong supporter of excellence in education, Janis serves on the Santa Monica-Malibu School District`s Visual and Performing Arts District Advisory Committee.
