David originally started his career in Accounting and Finance and has 20 years experience heading the Finance Departments at numerous Fortune 500 companies (such as CBS, Dish Network, and Univision). He has personally invested in real estate for many years with much success due to his in-depth financial analytics. He brings this wealth of knowledge to his clients at Premier Real Estate, where he focuses on Investment Opportunities as well as finding great values for his client’s. He provides a holistic financial assessment to determine his client’s budgets and then finds ways to maximize their budget to assist in making a safe and sound investment. David has a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley, an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the proud husband of Helen Le Eing, the CEO of Premier Real Estate, and has infant twins (a son and a daughter).
