Dave's career spans 47 years, 39 years managing large real estate offices for large companies on the Westside and Santa Barbara county, where he was personally responsible for overseeing more than 20,000 transactions.  He has sold hundreds of properties, and coached, managed and/or trained many seven figure producers.  Some have said: "You changed my life!"  In Dave's rookie year he obtained his first listing on day one, and several months later, sold 3 houses in one day.  He believes in having simple systems to create consistency in marketing and prospecting.  Consistent efforts equate to reliable income.  His "Touch Your Peeps" mantra, is what all successful agents have in common, no matter what method(s) they use to stay "top of mind".
