Biography: Bianca is a multilingual native of Peru, fluent in English and Spanish with basic working knowledge in French and Japanese. She is a Realtor® servicing Malibu, the Greater Los Angeles Area including the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, Ventura County, Orange County and the Coastal Community. She has successfully represented clients from diverse multi-cultural backgrounds. With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, she is the kind of agent one must have in today’s market. When not working, Bianca enjoys spending time with her family, as well as helping the less fortunate. She is involved in various non-profit organizations and is an active volunteer in her community. Bianca is a Co-Founding member of Malibu CART for the Homeless, Past President of the Malibu Rotary Club, founder of the DTLF.org David Torrence Legacy Foundation for youth athletes, is an active member of the Malibu CERT team and is a Board director for the Malibu Association of Realtors serving in the professional Standards and Grievance committee.
